Questions about plans
Will the tools stay free?
Yes. Every developer tool, the games, notes and tasks stay free. Paid plans add storage, remove ads and unlock account features. They never lock what is free today.
How does billing work?
You pay once for one month or for twelve months, through Razorpay, by UPI, card or net banking. Plans do not renew automatically, so you are never charged without choosing to pay again. All prices are in Indian Rupees (₹), and the price shown is the full amount you pay.
Can I get a refund?
No. All payments are final and non-refundable, so try the Free plan first. If something on our side stops a paid feature from working, write to us and we will put it right, usually by extending your plan.
What happens when my plan ends?
Your account goes back to Free. Nothing is deleted. If you are storing more than the Free plan allows, you can still open, download and delete your files, but you cannot add new ones until you are back under the limit or renew.
Can I change plans?
You can move up to a bigger plan at any time, and the unused part of your current plan counts toward the new one. Moving down takes effect when your current plan ends.
What are txtnode AI credits?
Credits measure how much txtnode AI you use. A short question uses a little, a long document uses more, so you are not charged a full message for a one-line reply. Credits reset every month of your plan.
What does Soon mean?
Those features are still being built. They arrive on your plan when they are ready, at no extra cost, and the price of your plan does not change.
What counts toward bandwidth?
Downloads of your files and visits to links you share. Writing, saving, chat and the tools do not count. If you reach the limit, downloads and shared links pause until the next month, and you can still use everything in your account.
